Facilities

The club has two playing facilities: 1) outside (grass) and 2) indoor (with industrial carpet).

The indoor green has 2 rinks and can accommodate 16 players and there is an indoor pavilion.
The outside green is equipped with floodlights and has 7 rinks that can accommodate a maximum of 56 players as well as an open-air covered veranda overlooking both greens.
The facilities provided at the club consist of a kitchen, large veranda, and a club house with bar.
The facilities, including bowls, can be hired by both members and outside parties.
The facilities are used for social play, open days, corporate days and competitions.
We can offer food and bar services to players and spectators during such events.

TARIFFS FOR HIRING THE CLUB FACILITY

A. Indoor Green BSA/BGN/Gauteng members and members of other bowling clubs:

R150 per person per session – maximum of two sessions per day, which may not end later than 21:00.
No hiring of the indoor green to non-members of a bowling club.

Non-members outside Retire@Midstream – R3 500
- R50 per person green fee (minimum R1 000 payable)
- R50 per person for use of R@MBC's bowls
Non-members inside Retire@Midstream – R3 000
- R50 per person green fee (minimum R1 000 payable)
- R50 per person for use of R@MBC's bowls
R@M Bowling Club members – R750
- R50 per person green fee
- R50 per person for use of R@MBC's bowls

Please note: The R@M facility is not hired out to non-members for functions on Sundays.

Green Fees: Members: R20 Visitors (Wednesday evenings) & R50 which includes lights for the evening game.
